We may collect personal information including your name, contact details, NDIS plan information, health and support needs, employment details and communications with our team. Information is collected directly from you, your nominated representatives, referrers or as required to deliver NDIS services.

Personal information is used to deliver and improve NDIS support services, respond to enquiries, manage employment applications, meet regulatory obligations and communicate with you about your care. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access or disclosure. Access is limited to staff and contractors who need the information to perform their role.
