Born in Tasmania, Built for People
RiseUp Tasmania was founded with a simple belief: every person with disability deserves support that feels personal, professional and genuinely empowering.
RiseUp Tasmania Pty Ltd began as a response to a gap in the market — participants and families who wanted more than transactional care. They wanted a provider who listened, who showed up consistently, and who treated every person as an individual with unique goals and dreams.
Today, we serve participants across Greater Hobart, Launceston, Devonport, Burnie and surrounding regions. Our locally based team brings deep community knowledge, cultural sensitivity and a relentless focus on outcomes that matter — independence, connection and confidence.
We invest in our people, our processes and our partnerships because quality disability support is not a one-off transaction. It is a long-term relationship built on trust, transparency and shared purpose.
